Give back to society, defend what is right

In this candid interview on her drive to fight injustice, Gina Miller talks about her involvement with the 2016 referendum and taking on the government and winning twice. She shares what she learnt from the experience and the hurdles she’s overcome. Looking forward, Gina reflects that the pandemic has made many people question the structure of our society and discusses her role as a responsible capitalist. She believes people should evolve towards a triple bottom line, not just a drive for profit, but for people and the planet, to create a much more equal society. Against a backdrop of the ever-urgent Black Lives Matter movement, Gina shares her advice for people who may feel they want to make a positive change but feel they don’t have the means or the confidence. In her words ‘It’s hard to complain about the world we live in when we don’t play an active part in shaping it’.
